I love to draw but I have a hard time getting my imagination onto paper. I search blogs for inspiration, but more often than not it's hard for me to come up with my own original material. I mostly end up sketching images or pictures made by other individuals. So my curiosity is begging me to ask you: What gives you your inspiration to draw? Amazing blog and amazing photos by the way. :)
This question is kinda hard to answer, because honestly I don’t know how to be inspired. Also I don’t think I’m that creative, I kind of just see things and do my own thing out of it.
But I would say, I get really inspired when I learn about something new (new places, new music, new books etc.). Finding other artists that you like can be very inspiring as well.
Finally, don’t be discouraged, just draw, I used to do that project where you draw once a day, everyday for an entire year. That way you’ll improve a lot and if you don’t have any ideas, you can draw whatever you’ve seen/done that day, just like a diary. Or do some fanart if you like, whatever works.
